Terms and conditions


Some of our prints are giclée printed on demand. This means that they are printed after you place your order. It prevents excess and waste stock. Giclée prints are very high-quality, long-lasting digital prints using 12 or more inks. As a result, the colours are very bright and very deep at the same time.

Some of our prints are made on a Riso printer, which is a perfectly imperfect, and pretty sustainable technique. It’s a bit like automated screen printing, with eco-friendly inks that are made from agricultural waste (rice bran oil, extracted from the hard outer layer of the rice grain). This process makes each print unique, and the colours from your purchased item may differ from the photographs in our shop. For example, fluorescent orange is hard to photograph and is much brighter in person!

All of our prints are designed and produced in Belgium with love for our environment, and are shipped using recycled, reusable and recyclable materials.


We ship orders within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Please note if you order a frame with your print that our frames are made to order so those delivery times are subject to availability.

Our unframed prints are shipped flat in a robust cardboard envelope.

Prints that are ordered in a frame are currently not shippable as the frames are fragile. Your order will be available for local pick-up in 2018 Antwerp or 2600 Berchem or bike delivery within 10km distance of the centre of Antwerp. However, if you are not able to pick-up your framed order, we can work out a custom and protected shipment with a trusted courier (price on request).

Shipping or pick-up in Belgium
Sent with bpost for €7,00. You will receive a Track&Trace number via email and should receive the parcel the next day. Also available as free, local PICK-UP in Howdy (2600 Berchem). 

Shipping in Europe
Sent with bpost. For international shipping we provide two options: Economy without Track&Trace (€9) or Standard with Track&Trace (€16,50 or €33 depending on your location). These shipments don’t include an insurance.

Shipping outside of Europe
At the moment we don’t offer shipping outside of Europe. But do get in touch if you want to order something from our shop and live outside of Europe! We will then find out how we can send the package to your address with the best service and price.

Duties and taxes vary between countries and international shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. These fall under the responsibility of the recipient.


At the moment our webshop accepts payments via Stripe and Paypal. However, if you can’t or don’t know how to use these, send us an email and we can send you our details to pay via bank transfer. We will then reserve your order and ship it when we have received your payment.

Damage and loss

If your print is damaged in the shipping process, please let us know immediately and include photographs. Keep the print and original packaging. Our shipments within Belgium include insurance so we will review with the delivery service and let you know what we can do. 

Once your order has been shipped, the risk of it getting lost passes to the recipient. If you have not received your order within 20 days of dispatch, you can notify us and we will figure something out.

Returns policy

Of course we hope that you are happy with your order! But if for whatever reason you are not, get in touch with us. We can take back or exchange undamaged prints in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping fee is paid by you. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a refund within 7 days.


All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
